If you are unable to receive the verification email, please try the following steps:
1. Check if your email provider has any spam filters activated. Look in your spam or junk folder for an email from "MorningBlues." If it's there, mark it as "Not Spam". If it's not, add our email address (no-reply@morningblues.com) to your allowlist and resend the verification code;
2. Ensure your email address is active. If it's changed or deactivated, please update your account with the new one.
If the issue persists, it may be due to "MorningBlues" emails being blocked by the server. In this case, contact customer support by sending an email to support@morningblues.com with your account details and the email you're using.
