To qualify for warranty service:
1. You have received the goods within one year and need to provide valid proof of purchase, receipts and order numbers;
2. The product must have been used properly during the warranty period and show no external damage caused by misuse or negligence;
3. Damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, rust, unauthorized repairs, or other uncontrollable factors are not covered.
