The problem is most likely that the touchscreen is out of power, and the protective film on the back of the touchscreen hasn't been removed, causing the charging to fail. When charging the Touchscreen, please ensure:
1. Peel off the black protective films covering the two pin contacts on the back of each TouchScreen F1.
2. Remove both touchscreens from the charging case. Connect the included 1 m Type-C cable to the case and charge until the green light stays on. Then place the touchscreens back into the case and charge for 24 hours.
3. Use your phone’s original adapter whenever possible. If it’s not compatible, use a 5 V / 1 A charger from a reputable source.
4. Press and hold the button on the back to power on.
