The Gallery T2 is compatible with all major music apps. For the best experience, we recommend using Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon Music. You can display lyrics by following these steps:
1. Ensure the device is connected via Bluetooth.
2. Open and log in to the "MorningBlues App," then navigate to the "Scene Lyrics" feature.
3. Play music using your preferred app, and dynamic lyrics will appear on the device.
You can try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check that both the app and the device firmware are updated to the latest versions.
2. Go to the device page within the app and configure the Wi-Fi settings.
3. Lyrics may not display for a very small number of songs marked "E" (Explicit) or certain songs in less common languages due to licensing limitations. We are continuously expanding our music library.
4. Switch to a different song or change the lyrics display effect.
5. Reconnect Bluetooth or restart the device.
